Is this the same as a home inspection for buying a house?

No. This is ongoing preventive maintenance and inspections. If you need a pre-purchase inspection, we can coordinate it as a separate service.

What if you find hidden damage?

We document it and propose a scope: minimal opening, investigation, and repair. If it exceeds the original scope/budget, we handle it with a written Change Order.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes. Members get priority scheduling. Pricing depends on the situation after evaluation.
